~3 hours on-site · paidA paid in-home visit. We measure, photograph, and listen carefully — to you, to the house, and to the rhythms of how you live in it. We take note of what is staying, what is going, and what cannot be decided yet.

Concept
2–4 weeksFloor plans, material direction, and a curated source list, presented in person. One round of revisions is included at no additional charge; further changes are handled per the policies.

Procurement
8–20 weeks · variesOnce concept is approved, we order. Long-lead pieces go first. Deposits are held against final invoices and reconciled item by item. Trade pricing is shared in confidence and is not for redistribution.

Installation
1–3 days per roomWe coordinate trades, manage deliveries, and shepherd each room from box to ready. Whenever possible, you see the work complete — not in pieces. We prefer the reveal to be a moment, not a slow assembly.

Reveal
1 afternoonPhotographs. A walkthrough. A bound binder of sources, care notes, and warranties. Your house becomes a home you can hand to a guest without explanation.

Aftercare
OngoingWe remain available for adjustments, additions, and the natural evolution of a home over time. Many of our clients become our clients again, often for the next room or the next house.
