A signed agreement and a twenty-five percent retainer initiate the work. The retainer is non-refundable and is credited against the final invoice.

Design hours are billed monthly. Procurement is billed against deposits and reconciled at delivery. Invoices are due within fifteen days of receipt.

A single point of contact, please — design by committee tends not to end well. Email replies within two business days. Text is reserved for time-sensitive site decisions.

By appointment. We ask for clear access and that the home be in livable order — we are happy to see it lived in. Pets considered; large dogs leashed.

After concept approval, changes are billed at the prevailing hourly rate and may shift the timeline. We will quote the cost of a change before executing it.

Either party may end the engagement in writing. The retainer is non-refundable. Items already ordered or in transit may not be cancelled.

We retain the right to photograph and publish completed projects. Identifying client details — names, addresses, family particulars — are omitted on request.

All drawings, source lists, mood boards, and renderings are the intellectual property of Forecast Interiors. They are licensed to the client for the agreed project and may not be reproduced for other use without consent.

Trade pricing, drawings, and the full source list are shared in confidence and are not for redistribution — including to generative AI tools. We extend the same care to anything you share with us.
